PBI is looking for a Senior Investment Consultant to lead and build an investment consulting practice in Ontario. You will be supported by a dedicated growth team that will assist in looking for opportunities to grow the investment business in Ontario.
The position will initially involve prospecting and selling investment consulting services and subsequently servicing those clients. The investment consulting opportunities in Ontario are deep, with PBI’s traditional target markets including multi-employer, public, non-profit sector pension plans as well as foundations and First Nation settlement trusts.
You will initially be supported by an experienced team of analysts and consultants in both Vancouver and Montreal. As the business builds, additional local analyst support would be provided.
An ideal candidate for this role would have either an actuarial or CFA designation, with a minimum of 10 years experience in investment consulting in the pension industry and experience leading and managing client relationships, ideally in Ontario.
Most importantly, our ideal candidate would have the drive, enthusiasm and ambition required to build a new investment consulting practice.
