The CALM Job Board is the only job board dedicated to union and progressive communications jobs in Canada.

Our job board receives over 2,000 hits per week. We use the job board to create a weekly digest of the newest jobs, which is then sent to over 1,300 active job seekers on our email list. The weekly digest email has an open rate of 58% (January 2026).
